As the Tag Americas CEO, Toby Codrington is a decisive leader who has produced exceptional company growth alongside an authentic, inclusive company culture.
Leading the way for Tag Americas’ delivery of innovative, tech-enabled creative production services for brands, Toby continues to expand Tag capabilities through its comprehensive Centers of Excellence creative production model throughout the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
Prior to Tag Americas, Toby was the Tag APAC CEO for 5 years where he led in winning new clients, world class client retention, and added to the organization’s capabilities through several key M&A acquisitions. Toby also spent 11 years in Tag EMEA, managing its client base.
Before Tag, Toby worked on the commercial side of sports rights holders, focusing on commercial strategy and execution at Saracens and The Oval. He started his career with the Rugby Football Union and remains a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
As he moves Tag Americas towards continued success, Toby champions individual and team growth within the organization, knowing people are Tag’s greatest asset.
