James has over 20 years of experience developing data-driven technology enabled solutions for the world’s most successful brands. Heading-up Strategy & Insights for Merkle P&LS, James leads a team of 35 consultants and analysts, focused on helping our clients drive business growth through data-driven customer loyalty and engagement strategies.  

Before joining Merkle, James was SVP, Client Service at Epsilon, where he established a proven track record of successfully leading integrated cross-agency engagements and cross-functional global teams.  During his time at Epsilon, James helped clients build their businesses by implementing integrated marketing, customer experience, and data solutions designed to acquire and grow profitable customer relationships.  

As a recognized thought leader, James’ contributions on the subjects of e-commerce, programmatic advertising, and data driven marketing, have been featured in Ad Age, Adweek, Loyalty360 and Digiday.
